How can the success of business ideas based on custom hardware be measured quickly? We are convinced of Lean Startup and wanted to find approaches to apply it to hardware-based IoT projects. Who is the end customer? How do we find out if our ideas work? We work together to find ideas for quick experiments that provide data to know what end customers really want. To do this, we use many systems and APIs that give us feedback, which we then analyze with our customers and derive actions from. We can achieve the necessary speed to run experiments and collect data through our systems and their APIs.
