The participation fee for API Conference 2018 relates to the activities mentioned and outlined on the API Conference website. All prices are exclusive of VAT, except in instances where VAT is shown to be expressly included in the fee; this also applies to participants coming from abroad; EU and non-EU. The participation fee is due after billing. It is only possible to participate if the total amount is paid before the conference. Cancellations are possible for a fee until March 8, 2018. Cancellation costs are £150, not including VAT, charged by the organisers. After this date a cancellation is not possible and the full participation fee is due. The organiser has the right to change the program for organisational or other reasons. Should the conference not take place the conference fees will be returned. Any other claims to the organiser are not valid. Should the conference be delayed the conference registrations remain valid. Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks of the respective companies. API Conference 2018 is a private event of S&S Media. The organiser holds all copyrights for the content of the conference.

Generally, you may use our online offers without disclosing your identity. Badge Scanning

Your attendee badges include a barcode, which can be scanned by exhibitors using a scanner. Exhibitors will receive the following information after the conference: Name, first name, company name, email address, country.

Attendees decide whether they wish to have their badge scanned. If you decide to have you badge scanned, you agree, that the above-mentioned information is shared with the respective exhibitor.


The information collection process is usually obtained through the information provided by your browser and through the use of a cookie.
